LACROSSE…. Come play and learn the fastest growing high school sport in the United States. Students 7th-12th grade at Faith Christian Academy as well as home school students who meet FCA/Knights athletic eligibility guidelines and policies. LaCrosse is a boys spring sport that will be offered by FCA beginning in 2012 so come learn what all the talk is about around this North American original sport. GIRLS SOCCER…. It is almost spring and that means soccer is about to begin for the Faith Christian Academy Knights. The current game and practice schedule (available after the weekend of 11th) can also be found there as well.
Soccer will be available for grades 7 thru 12 at Faith Christian Academy as well as home school students who meet FCA/Knights athletic eligibility guidelines and policies. Please register at Online Registration (this saves a lot of paper work and double entry). If you choose not to register online you can follow the link below to fill at the forms and bring to the first practice, mail to address below. Soccer is open for all FCA and KC metro area home schooled students (grades 7-12).

Fees are as follows:
Girls Soccer: $125.00 - LaCrosse $75.00 and will have additional equipment costs. This fee covers officials, game balls, and other miscellaneous expenses. We have gone to great lengths to keep the fees as low as possible so that everyone can participate. Again, we must ask that all fees be paid before a player begins practicing with the team, or arrangements for a payment plan have been made with the athletic director. This helps immensely with bookkeeping.
The printed forms can be found at: Forms Page (if you choose to not use the online registration). We require the Parental Consent, Medical Consent, and Health History to be filled out, signed and turned in by the FIRST practice. You can also mail to: Knights Athletics, Faith Christian Academy, 3500 NE Prather Road, Kansas City, MO 64116. Forms will be available at practice as well.
The fees are due before the first practice unless other arrangements are made with the athletic director.
How do I register for a team?
Soccer / Lacrosse and bring your Athletic fees to the coaches or mail to the address above by April 1, 2012.
How can I help?
This is a volunteer organization. We need each parent’s help in making this season a success. Each home game requires a legion of parents assisting the cause. We will need the following workers for each set of home games: 1) admissions; 2) score keeper 3) field prep, and 4) clean up/take down. We must count on you to help. Please let us know how you plan to make a contribution to our home games.
