Our Leadership & Faculty

Our goal at FCA is to cultivate in our faculty the same qualities which we seek to instill in our students and to ensure that they are well paid so that they can establish a career at FCA. We desire our faculty to be professional and diligent in their work, gifted in teaching, and motivated by a love for their students and their subjects. We expect them to develop a clear understanding of classical education, how it works in their classroom, and how their task is an integral part of the whole process. We expect our faculty to already have and continue to pursue a lifelong hunger to learn and grow by having many opportunities to be refreshed and renewed. We also desire to see our teachers coach and nurture new faculty members and serve as academic mentors to students. Our faculty are expected to be mature and growing in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
